This can be particularly difficult if the individual was a family member or a close friend, but it must be done. No matter what your religious beliefs (or lack thereof), grieving after a loss is healthy and completely necessary.
Thanks for siting this article, but I could not visualise any of here for myself. I have just lost too much. My baby boy from cot death. My father soon after that and my beloved his and when he was 55. I do not like to see pictures of them as they hurt too much so just live with it and say special prayers on the anniversary and light a candle. That's all I can do, but mourn their loss all the time even though I have tried to get on with my life.
